Pony or Horse Rides

Guided Trail Rides

$100.00 per hour (discounts offered with rides longer than 1 hour) Call for details. Our most popular rides are the 2, 3, or 4 hour rides. Also 1/2 hour, 1 hour, 1 1/2hour rides.

4 hr package avail.

$300.00 each. No Discounts! No Coupons! Bring a lunch & enjoy a fantastic "bird's eye" view of the Matanuska Valley on horseback. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS

Overnight Rides:

$525.00/first night per person, $225.00+/each night thereafter (depending on the location & if your are fishing or not) includes horse and meals. Fishermen need a fishing license & fishing poles. Bring tent & sleeping bag. (if your are here from out of state and do not have gear, let us know, we have a limited supply) Bring rain gear, clothes & snacks. The horses have to pack everything we take, please pack minimal needs & lightweight! Deposits required.

Un-Guided Rates

$100.00 per hour. No discounts! Pay additional deposit of $100.00 per horse, Refundable only if the horses are NOT returned hot or sweaty & all rules have been observed during ride.

Sleigh Rides

$150.00 per 1/2 hr - $200.00 per hour (up to 3 people) or
$200.00 per 1/2 hr - $300.00 per hour (up to 8 people).

Cabin Rentals
|
Trail Riders discounted to $40.00 and up per night (1 to 2 people)
(must mention this site) Additional People $5.00 each. *Bring your own bedding. All others $55.00 & up per night depending
on the cabin size. Check out time: 11:00am

*NOTE: It is recommended you bring a sack lunch on the 3-4 hour rides. We will probably stop at the creek or mountain side for lunch
*SUGGESTIONS FOR A PLEASANT TRIP!: Dress warm & bring rain gear, even if it is a sunny day, we sometimes get sun showers out here by the mountains. Boots or shoes with a heel preferred, a camera, long pants & a jacket. Bring your own riding or bike helmet if you want one. We do allow fast riding, if everyone is agreeable. Please have your own insurance coverage. We do not carry any insurance! We have had as young as 2 yr old kids on their own horse, please bring a helmet for them. Any child 2 - 6 yrs old may ride with an adult for 1/2 price. It is recommended, but not required, that you bring a helmet for your child. If you have children that are too small, or don't want to ride, please let us know at least 24 hrs in advance & we can make arrangements for a babysitter to watch them during your ride. Your children may be interested in 5 - 30 minute pony ride instead. We have saddle bags for your lunch, rain gear, camera, bug spray and any extra clothing you want to bring, including a jacket, gloves, hat, and or small blanket to sit on when we stop to have lunch if you would like.
**We Gladly Accept All Major Credit Cards** Reservations should be made in advance and held by Credit Card to confirm your day, time and number of horses needed for your trail ride. Cancellations and or no shows, will be charged full price. We do not accept checks unless arrangements have been made in advance and approved by bank verification of credit card, before the ride by Melinda.
